At first glance, it may seem that data exchange from one Bitrix24 portal to another portal on the same platform is pointless. But don’t leap to conclusions. Here are scenarios of our clients who explain the need to export or import data to Bitrix24. This is because a number of clients have several portals, and they require exchange on certain entities.

We made it possible to have automatic data exchange from Bitrix24 to UniSender. Now all entities of your CRM Bitrix24 which have an address indicated (Leads, Contacts, Deals and Employees) are automatically loaded to UniSender. To make a mailing list, for example on all contacts from the Bitrix24 database, simply log in to your UniSender account, go to the section “Lists of contacts” and search for the word “Contacts”. You will see an automatically created lists which contains all contacts from Bitrix24 (for which an e-mail is given).


Working with the UniSender service, your client base gains new contacts daily. Data on possible clients (leads) is received automatically from your landings, or you enter them manually. UniSender is a sending service, and it does not have the functions that the CRM system does (client relations management system) in Bitrix24.
But thanks to the integration of Pinkit you can correctly transfer data on clients from UniSender to CRM. 

Why does data need to be exported from CallbackHunter to Bitrix24?

The CallbackHunter widget not only provides a callback function, but also collects information about how rang through the site or left a request on the site. But as it is better to process data on clients and leads in special systems (CRM), the joint use of Bitrxi244 and CallbackHunter helps to reduce your expenses and increase conversions.


Pinkit connects your account in CallbackHunter with Bitrix24. Now all calls from the site will go through Bitrix24.CRM 

LIVETEX and BITRIX24

Data exchange between LiveTex and Bitrix24

Get the maximum use out of LiveTex – install Pinkit integration, which will allow you to transfer automatically information from chats and leads generators to CRM Bitrix24. Using the link LiveTex → Bitrix24, data on clients is sent to CRM. If the system detects identical contact data in new leads (telephone numbers, e-mails) with a Lead, Contact and Company already in the database, a new Lead will not be created. The entire message history, in this case, is saved in one place – in the newsfeed of the found entity. And this means that you will not have unnecessary leads, and you will not have difficulties in qualifying them.

Sales Creatio and BITRIX24

Often our clients work at the same time in Sales Creatio (a Terrasoft product) and in Bitrix24. Some functions, they believe, are realized better in Bitrix24 (tasks, reports, worktime registration, video calls, telephoning, documents etc,). Also, a new tool appeared recently in Bitrix24 – open lines. With open lines, you can communicate with clients quickly and conveniently who write to you in social networks or external messengers. But tools for managing the whole cycle of sales, from analyzing needs to sealing deals, carrying our an order and controlling payments are better realized in Sales Creatio.

So, if you work in Sales Creatio and Bitrix24, using Pinkit integration you can expand the functions of these two systems. You will have to prepare a file indicated in which fields in Sales Creatio and Bitrix24 comparison of data should be carried out, and data is transferred and shifted (example of file attached) 

AMOCRM and BITRIX24

Data exchange between TRELLO and BITRIX24?

Integration of Trello and Bitrix24 makes it possible to transfer information automatically on task boards from one application to another.

Bitrix24 users correspond to Trello users based on e-mail. If there is no such participant in Trello, they are automatically invited to the board.
